Job summary

Torrid in the United States seeks a Keyholder to support store management, open/close operations, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with management to meet KPI goals, lead customer service, implement merchandising strategies, and perform register functions to drive add-on sales.

You may act as Manager on Duty when needed and should be flexible for holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to store management and handle daily store operations.
• Lead selling efforts and ensure customer service aligns with brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising strategies and maintain a clean store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
