Torrid is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support the store management team, perform opening and closing procedures, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

You will lead by example in selling, customer service and product knowledge, assist with merchandising execution, handle register tasks, and stand in as acting Manager on Duty when management is unavailable. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Formación

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience; proven ability to lead teams and sales.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Flexible with fashion trends and schedules to adapt to changing priorities.
• Fashion-focused and up-to-date with current trends.

Responsabilidades

• In partnership with management team, ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals.
• Set the example for Torrid through selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty.
• Support management in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining an inviting store.
• Perform register functions using sales knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Assume responsibility of store operations when Store Management is out of the store as acting Manager on Duty.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.
