Torrid is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store management, opening and closing procedures, and to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers. You will work closely with the management team to achieve company objectives and KPIs while modeling Torrid’s standards.

Responsibilities include leading sales through exceptional service, assisting with merchandising plans, managing register operations, and driving add-on sales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in specialty/apparel retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Strong customer service orientation.
