Torrid in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a friendly and driven Keyholder to support the store management team. You will help open and close the store, drive sales, and provide an amazing shopping experience for customers while modeling Torrid's high standards of service.

You’ll lead by example, develop team performance, maintain merchandise standards, handle register functions, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store KPIs and company objectives with management team.

• Perform register functions and support as acting Manager on Duty when needed.
• Lead store operations in the absence of Store Management as acting Manager on Duty.
