Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing tasks, and duties as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will engage customers, model brand standards, and mentor associates on the sales floor and in stockroom operations.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, scheduling, performance feedback, and driving store profitability while maintaining a high level of customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training and coaching of associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
