Job summary

The Children's Place in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role represents the brand, engages customers, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork and employee development.

You will train associates, provide in‑the‑moment coaching, address performance concerns, and participate in payroll and scheduling to support profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Provide timely feedback and participate in performance reviews.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Support payroll processing and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and store environment.
• Lead on Duty to drive store profitability and store standards.
