Job summary

The Children’s Place in Lagrange, GA is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will represent the brand, engage customers, and uphold store standards.

You will coach and develop associates, collaborate with the Store Manager on performance matters, and participate in store initiatives to improve service and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through associate training and coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback to staff.
• Drive store profitability and manage payroll within Leader on Duty responsibilities.
