Job summary

Rothy’s in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Keyholder to lead on the sales floor with a service-first mindset. You will coach teammates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold store standards while supporting smooth operations.

You will work as part of the leadership team, potentially serving as Manager on Duty, ensuring brand values are reflected in every interaction and that customers feel seen and cared for throughout their shopping journey.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Drive sales by delivering the Rothy’s Experience and coaching teammates.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling practices.
• Support in-store events and activations to engage the local community and drive sales.
• Assist onboarding and training to reinforce store standards and product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty to ensure daily operations and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
