Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring our service-first culture to the sales floor and support store operations.

As a leader on the team, you’ll coach peers, drive sales, and ensure brand standards are met, including occasional Manager on Duty responsibilities. This role requires 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility
• A proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and coaching on the sales floor
• Drive personal and team sales by delivering the Rothy’s Experience to all customers
• Create lasting relationships with customers by engaging in strong clienteling practices
• Assist with the execution of in-store events and activations that engage the local community and drive sales
• Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards, SOPs, service expectations, selling behaviors, and product knowledge on the sales floor
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned ensuring daily operations, visual merchandising tasks, and service expectations are met
• Own assigned areas of responsibility as part of the Division of Responsibility (DOR) program and communicate progress to store leadership
