Job summary

Rothy’s in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to elevate service, sales, and operations. You’ll lead on the floor, mentor teammates, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure an exceptional customer experience, while upholding brand standards.

You have 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in leadership, proven sales leadership, and strong coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through personal performance and team leadership.
• Strong skills in coaching and developing talent on the sales floor.
• Familiarity with merchandising and shipment processes and store operations.
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Coach and develop team to uphold brand standards and drive sales.
• Assist in in-store events and activations to grow brand awareness and sales.
• Ensure presentation standards including merchandising, cleanliness, and dress code.
