Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Experience with merchandising, shipments, or stockroom leadership
• Desire to grow leadership skills
• Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, and use ladders safely
• Uphold dress code and wear Rothy’s shoes
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours/week including peak days and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to uphold brand standards on the sales floor
• Drive sales and deliver the Rothy’s Experience
• Build lasting relationships with customers through clienteling
• Assist with in-store events and community activations
• Support onboarding and training and reinforce store SOPs and product knowledge
• Act as Manager on Duty to ensure daily operations and visual merchandising standards
