Job summary

Rothy's Austin store is seeking a Keyholder - Full-Time to lead the sales floor with a service-first mindset and to model brand standards.

You will drive sales, coach team members, and ensure smooth operations as part of the leadership team, including Manager on Duty duties when needed. A background in retail or customer service and a willingness to grow into leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Desire to grow leadership skills and take on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model the Rothy's Experience on the sales floor through exceptional service and coaching.
• Drive personal and team sales by delivering the Rothy's Experience to all customers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices.
• Assist with in-store events and activations to engage the local community and drive sales.
• Support onboarding and training to reinforce store standards, SOPs, and product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations and brand standards.
• Own areas of responsibility under the Division of Responsibility (DOR) program.
