Job summary

Torrid is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to assist the store management team by opening and closing duties and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

You will partner with management to achieve company KPI goals, lead the sales floor with strong selling skills, ensure merchandise strategies are implemented, and keep the store environment clean, inviting, and customer-friendly. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams to success and sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, schedules and challenges.
• Fashion-focused and up-to-date with current trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals in partnership with management.
• Set the example for selling skills and customer service to build loyalty and positive connections.
• Support management in implementing merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is out.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
