Job summary

Torrid in the United States is seeking a proactive Keyholder to support the store management team with opening and closing duties and to deliver an amazing shopping experience for our customers.

You will lead by example in selling skills and customer service, assist with merchandising strategies, perform register functions, and act as Manager on Duty when the Store Management is out, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven leadership.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, environments and duties.
• Stay fashion-focused and on top of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Support management team in achieving store KPI goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate selling skills and customer service to foster loyalty.
• Assist with merchandising strategies while maintaining a welcoming store.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales with product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
