You'll lead daily tasks, provide feedback to managers, coach associates, and ensure the store delivers safe, engaging experiences while upholding company policies and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Customer-first retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift goals and directions.
• Perform opening and closing routines including deposits and shipments.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorsets, window changes, and marketing placement.
