Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate in a store-in-store environment to engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

You'll use digital tools, educate customers about solutions, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver exceptional experiences while meeting performance targets and enjoying comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and communicates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate offerings.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to stay customer ready.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to service.
