Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and services, including onboarding to self-serve tools.
• Complete training on in-store experience, promotions, and processes; stay customer-ready by reviewing results, promotions, and Hub updates.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and onboard new customers to the T-Mobile app.
