Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to energize partner locations with the T-Mobile brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and use consultative selling to meet performance targets. You will operate in a high-traffic retail setting, engage broadly with customers, and collaborate with nearby store teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting to demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital tools and be a brand ambassador to educate and sell.
• Build relationships, identify needs, and guide customers to best-fit wireless options.
• Support store operations and participate in onboarding and training activities.
