Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate for Store-in-Store roles to engage customers, educate them on our solutions, and drive sales in a high-traffic Retail environment. The position emphasizes using digital tools, identifying customer needs, and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll complete training on the in-store experience, build relationships with nearby teams, and work toward sales targets while providing a memorable customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0.5 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a busy retail setting and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital tools to educate and demonstrate products and services.
• Build relationships, follow up, and drive sales while meeting quality targets.
