Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to showcase products and services.
• Complete in-store training and stay updated on promotions, processes, and resources to be customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to servicing.
