Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to energize the retail experience and educate customers on wireless solutions. This role thrives in a high-traffic environment, building relationships and driving sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will engage customers, demonstrate T-Mobile products, and guide them through onboarding using digital tools. Training is provided, with growth opportunities and stock grants available as part of the total rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and services, including onboarding and self-serve tools.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review personal results and promotions, and partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
