Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; contribute to knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, establish rapport, drive sales activity, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
