Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (preferred).
• Coaching, communication and product knowledge are essential.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interact with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Complete training on store-in-store experiences and processes to provide best customer experiences.
• Attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and drive sales activity at the location.
