Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in a National Sales partner setting.

You'll engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services. You will learn the in-store experience, use digital tools, and build relationships with customers while meeting sales targets and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Assist customers with onboarding, using digital tools, and explaining how to self-serve via the T-Mobile app.
• Provide exceptional service, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Collaborate with nearby store leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
