Meijer is seeking a Store HR Representative to support store leadership with staffing, onboarding, training, employee relations and total rewards processes. You will collaborate with leadership to champion HR goals, interpret policies, and drive engagement across the team.

The position requires strong communication, leadership presence, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required; HR degree preferred.
• Strong leadership presence and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Flexible schedule and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with staffing, interviews and selection for store roles.
• Oversee onboarding and training to drive engagement.
• Provide guidance to leadership on HR initiatives and programs.
• Support employee relations, payroll, benefits, and policy compliance.
• Partner with HR Market Manager on projects.
• May perform other administrative duties as assigned.
