Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Store HR Representative to provide HR support to store leadership and drive staffing, onboarding, training and employee relations. You will partner with the regional HR team to champion HR goals and ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in Human Resources is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing, interviewing and selection for store roles and manage applications.
• Oversee onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Support engagement initiatives and communicate with team members.
• Prepare reports and analyze talent development and performance data.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR processes.
• Collaborate with store leadership and the regional HR team to achieve HR goals.
