Meijer Inc. is seeking a Store HR Representative to provide HR support to store leadership, guiding staffing, onboarding, training, and talent development across the store.

You will manage applicant tracking, monitor engagement, and support key HR initiatives to drive retention and performance. The role emphasizes collaboration with the regional HR team, policy guidance, and handling employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Assist staffing, interview and selection for store roles.
• Oversee orientation, onboarding and training to drive engagement.

• Provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretations.
• Assist with reports and analytics for development plans and progress.
