Meijer Inc. is seeking a Store HR Representative to support store leadership with staffing, onboarding, training and employee relations. You’ll partner with the HR Market team to drive engagement, development, and adherence to HR policies across a multi-state retail operation.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, effective communication, and strategic support for compensation, payroll, benefits, and talent development. Strong organizational and people skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High School or equivalency is required.
• Associate Degree or above in Human Resources preferred.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate with store leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Assist staffing, interview and selection for leadership and non-leadership roles; manage applicant tracking.
• Oversee onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Support engagement initiatives and communicate with team members.
• Provide guidance on career development resources and performance plans.
• Consult with leadership on employee relations and policy adherence.
• Assist with investigation and resolution of employee complaints or policy violations.
• Offer business partner support on compensation, payroll, benefits, and development services.
