Responsibilities

• Inspire and coach staff, provide feedback, and support ongoing learning.
• Open/close store, manage scheduling and labor planning within budget.
• Address guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Review store metrics with leadership to inform staffing and planning.
