Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the shop floor, develop a diverse team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in our stores. You will support store leadership in hiring, training, and daily operations while upholding our values and standards.

You will drive customer engagement, coach team members, and collaborate on planning, budgeting, and merchandising to maintain brand standards and a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members, creating an inclusive, growth‑oriented culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor and address guest needs.
• Partner with managers on planning, budgeting, and workforce decisions.
• Maintain product presentation and store standards through merchandising and restocking.
• Open/close the store following procedures and ensure safety and compliance.
