Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members on the floor to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to hire and build a diverse, capable team.
• Oversee guest feedback, address issues, and escalate where necessary to make it right for guests.
• Review business data and metrics to inform planning, staffing, and product presentation.
