Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the sales floor and drive a culture of inclusion and high performance. You will coach team members, execute store plans, and ensure guests receive outstanding service daily.

In this role you will partner with the Store Manager on hiring and development, manage performance, and maintain merchandising standards while upholding safety and policies in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and guest interactions on the sales floor.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for team development.

Responsibilities
