lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, develop team members, and ensure guests receive a quality experience daily. You will partner with the Store Manager to hire, coach, and build an inclusive team that reflects our values and drives performance.

This role emphasizes people leadership, store operations, product presentation, and safety, with a focus on belonging, coaching, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and address guest feedback.
• Partner with Store Manager on planning, merchandising, and budget considerations.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
