lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead a store team and deliver top-tier guest experiences. You will manage from the floor, motivate and coach team members, and ensure the store operates effectively with a focus on inclusion and growth.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to hire, develop, and retain a diverse team while maintaining store standards, safety, and performance. This role drives guest satisfaction and business results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor to build, manage and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive and supportive team environment.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and development to team members.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Address guest feedback and resolve escalations to “make it right.”
• Partner with managers to review store data and sales planning.
