Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead a store team, elevate guest interaction, and drive business results. You will coach, develop, and empower team members while upholding lululemon values on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience managing business operations and administration

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to develop team members and deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Hire and build a strong, diverse team and guide performance.
• Open/close the store and maintain product presentation standards.
• Review store data to inform planning, staffing, and strategy.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment and policy adherence.
