StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first-line representative in the absence of the Store Manager. The role may be full- or part-time and may be assigned to multiple sites to support operations.

You will drive revenue, delinquency management, and exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a pristine facility. You will handle the rental process end-to-end, take payments, promote merchandise and insurance, and assist customers with truck rentals where

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service or sales.
• Tech savvy is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Passion for guest service and sales.
• Ability to work well in a team to support and motivate others.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a desire to learn.
• Strong accountability and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and create exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain daily store operations and cleanliness.
• Support Store Manager and manage rental process: convert sales, take payments, sell merchandise, offer insurance.
• Assist customers with truck rentals at select locations.
• Participate in collecting past-due accounts and maintaining occupancy.
• Balance receipts, process payments and bank deposits timely.
• Interact with vendors for routine maintenance and upkeep of the store.
