Job summary

StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to operate across multiple sites, handling rentals, payments, and customer service in the Store Manager's absence. The role may be full- or part-time and requires a positive, guest‑focused approach and the ability to work weekends.

You will support revenue, delinquency management, and occupancy while ensuring clean, safe facilities and accurate cash handling at each location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Customer Service or Sales.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the rental process including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance.
• Assist customers at multiple store locations and support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Process payments, balance receipts, and handle deposits timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and security, inspect locations daily.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences during challenging times.
