StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first-line representative in the store in the Store Manager’s absence. The role may be assigned to multiple sites and involves managing daily operations, revenue, delinquency, occupancy, and guest services to ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales is preferred
• Must be available on weekends
• Experience in Cash Handling is required
• Strong team player and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Support Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, and cleanliness.
• Manage rental process including conversions, payments, selling merchandise, and insurance offerings.
• Assist with truck rentals and past-due collections at multiple sites as needed.
• Maintain daily operations, inspect stores, and coordinate routine maintenance.
