StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first-line face for customers when the Store Manager is away. You may be assigned to multiple sites to support or fill in when a manager is off duty, and you will manage rentals, payments, and insurance offerings while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service or sales, is tech-savvy, can work weekends, and thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Experience handling cash and payments.
• Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Manage rental process: conversions, payments, merchandise, insurance.
• Support Store Manager and oversee daily site operations at multiple locations.
