You’ll handle the rental process, payments, and customer service, often at multiple sites, and may work full or part-time. Weekend availability is required; strong cash handling and sales skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Experience in Cash Handling required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Tech Savvy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle the rental process including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, and offering insurance.
• Assist with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy and cleanliness as required.
• Inspect stores daily and maintain an impeccable facility; perform minor maintenance as needed.
