StorQuest Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to act as the first-line contact for customers in the absence of the Store Manager. The role may be full- or part-time and might include assignments to multiple sites to support or cover managers on duty.

Responsibilities include revenue and delinquency management, occupancy, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Weekend availability and strong cash handling are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales are preferred.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Strong guest service and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times with exceptional service.
• Manage rental process, including payments, insurance sales, and merchandise.
• Support store operations, including cash handling, opening/closing duties, and upkeep.
