Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the ATL-DUNWOODY store in Georgia to lead a high‑performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. The role oversees front‑end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and operational consistency while coaching staff to execute selling behaviors and SOPs.

The position requires strong leadership, ability to manage POS/checkout processes, promote loyalty programs, and coordinate in-store events and programs

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front-end and service operations to uphold brand standards and store results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to ensure smooth transactions and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Coordinate in-store programs and events (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Cut Bar) and support Same Day Delivery/BOPIS processes.
