Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring floor leadership and operational continuity.
Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems to support smooth transactions.
Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and Loyalty Rewards adoption.
