You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, optimize POS and Self-Checkout usage, and lead in-store programs like balloons, loyalty, and protection plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to improve sales and service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion customer-focused selling culture across the store.
• Oversee SOPs, policies, and brand standards to ensure compliance.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (e.g., balloons, loyalty, protection plans).
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop associates across departments; support asset protection.
