Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager in Columbus, GA to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store and drive sales goals. You will oversee front-end and service operations, model exceptional customer experiences, coach associates, and ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed.

The role requires leadership of the team, MOD coverage, and hands-on management of omni-channel services, loyalty programs, and framing/knit & sew areas. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are typical.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer-service focus with coaching ability.
• Proven ability to drive store KPIs and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide MOD coverage and daily store leadership.
