Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy store, building a motivated team and delivering an extraordinary guest experience. You will balance strategic, operational, and leadership duties while developing new skills to support our mission of helping people live healthier lives.

You will manage staffing, inventory, KPIs, cash, and brand compliance, while driving local marketing and community outreach. A strong customer service focus and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team at your store to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use operational tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Review store KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cash activities for the store.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines by all team members.
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision.
• Ensure store appearance and cleanliness meet brand standards.
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspired teams.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
• Recognize team accomplishments using company tools and programs.
