Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service business.
• High school diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to customer service and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Use P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and scheduling tools to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Review store KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cash activities and daily deposits.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed.
• Promote brand standards and store appearance.
• Drive company programs and local marketing initiatives.
• Recognize and reinforce team achievements using company tools.
