Job summary

Smoothie King seeks a General Manager to lead a busy store, hire and develop a motivated team, and deliver an extraordinary guest experience while aligning with our mission to inspire healthy, active lifestyles.

You will use store tools for P&L, scheduling, and inventory management, maintain supplier relationships, ensure food safety, uphold brand standards, and drive local marketing and community outreach to grow the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred in business or hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or similar retail customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Integrity, honesty, and alignment with our culture, values, and mission.
• Ability to work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team at your store to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use operational tools (P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, Data Central) to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Review store KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordingly.
• Manage store cash activities and deposits.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed by all team members.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance in line with company vision.
• Drive store programs through action planning and inspire the team to meet standards.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
