Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead store team to deliver exceptional guest experience.

• Maintain supplier relationships and inventory management.
• Review KPIs and store environment to identify improvements.
• Manage cash activities and ensure food safety compliance.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance.
• Lead program implementations and local store marketing efforts.
