Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in North Carolina, focusing on building a motivated team, delivering an extraordinary guest experience, and aligning daily actions with brand standards.

You will manage inventory, supplier relations, and KPI reviews while driving community outreach, local marketing, and the development of your staff for long-term success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred in business, hospitality management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and fulfill the company mission.
• Use operational tools (P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, Data Central) to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory and shipments.
• Review store environment and KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and take action.
• Manage cash activities including daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines; ensure team compliance as well.
• Uphold brand standards and align with company vision.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness per brand standards.
• Drive program implementation through planning and team motivation to meet standards.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach through events.
• Recognize and reinforce achievements using company tools and creative methods.
